Jacob Tazik, DDS

Dr. Jacob Tazik was born and raised in Wyomissing, PA. He first moved to the Lehigh Valley to attend Moravian College where he received a Bachelors of Science in biology with honors in 2011. Shortly after, Dr. Tazik moved to the west coast to attend dental school at the University of Southern California, and graduated in 2016. Dr. Tazik has since moved back to the Valley to be closer to friends and family. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Tazik is an avid runner, traveler, and motorsports enthusiast. He is very passionate about providing the highest quality of dental care for his patients.
