Dr. Alexia K. Fabey, DMD, MS
Dr. Lexi Fabey was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Moravian University with minors in Chemistry and Management. Upon graduation, she continued her education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Oral Health Sciences from Boston University. Dr. Fabey then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Following graduation, she returned to the Lehigh Valley where she completed a General Practice Residency program in Advanced Education at St. Luke’s University Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Fabey has developed her enthusiasm and passion for dentistry from the many years she has spent at Fabey Dental assisting and observing patient care. These experiences have fueled her desire to help others; Dr. Fabey has had the opportunity to participate in mission trips to Guatemala, Trinidad and Tobago, and Texas. These experiences have helped develop her empathy and humility in her interactions with all who she comes across.
Dr. Fabey has been committed to the Fabey Dental mantra of providing high-quality patient care in an individualized, relationship-based model. She takes pride in her ability to make dental visits a positive experience. With an excellent understanding in foundational dentistry, she aims to promote long-term oral health through goal-oriented, personalized treatment discussions. She is up-to-date with the latest dental advancements and techniques to provide the best care and outcomes possible. She also considers her father, Dr. Mark J. Fabey, to be an influential mentor in dentistry.
When not at the dental office, you will find Dr. Fabey cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles or attending Iron Pigs games. She loves being outdoors as she has spent many years on the soccer field during her career up to her collegiate days. She is an adventurous person by nature and enjoys exploring new places, cultures and cuisine. Ultimately, she enjoys spending time with her spouse and family the most.
